Appointments are recommended to ensure availability, but we do accept walk-ins based on daily capacity. You can book online or contact us directly.

4. What types of vehicles do you service?

We work on all major makes and models — both domestic and foreign. Our technicians are trained across a wide range of systems and vehicle types.


5. Are your technicians certified?

Yes. All of our technicians are ASE-certified and follow manufacturer guidelines to ensure safe, reliable service.


6. How long does a typical service take?

Basic maintenance (like oil changes or diagnostics) usually takes 30–60 minutes. Larger repairs may take longer — we’ll always give you a time estimate before we begin.


7. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

No problem. Just email us at support@TorqueBay.com at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment.


8. Do you offer towing or vehicle pickup?

Yes, towing and vehicle pickup options are available within our service area. Let us know in advance if you'd like to arrange this.


9. Do you offer warranties or guarantees?

We stand behind our work. Most services come with a 30 to 90-day labor guarantee, and parts may be covered by manufacturer warranties.
